Maintenance Manager
Experienced Maintenance Manager required. This role will be tasked with the ongoing upkeep of our club, as well as ensuring the adherence of all company compliance process and procedures. Due to the nature of our business we require candidates to have experience within a similar sector. Your role will be key to keeping this busy health and fitness club running smoothly - and making sure that every member who walks through the door enjoys a great time with us.
You'll do that by keeping our pool plant equipment well maintained at all times, as well as carrying out regular pool tests and backwashing. On top of that, you will get stuck into a range of maintenance duties right around the Club. You will need to have a detailed understanding of; Health and Safety process, managing risk assessments, experience of working with external contractor and suppliers together with the managing of a team of housekeeping staff.
Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role include building maintenance, plumbing, decoration, air conditioning, plant room, and preventative maintenance. You will be expected to work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that any works carried out have minimal disruption to our members and guests as possible. Along with a positive 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills, you'll have proven experience of general maintenance in a customer-centred environment. A pool plant qualification would be welcomed, though it's not essential.
Fitness Manager
Management experience required for this role. You must be able to motivate and develop an established fitness. Fitness Manager would be part of the Senior Management Team (reporting directly to the General Manager), would be driven by KPI’s and an understanding of the part the gym plays in the overall business. Lead Generator
We are currently looking for male and female promo staff to work with us to help promote our newly refurbished club. The position will require you to have your own transport and be available to work at local shopping centres. In addition we would like you to do some door drop delivery. If you're... fit and healthy energetic, approachable, well-groomed smart appearance, well-spoken and confident willing to work weekends Then you're the person we are looking for!
Cleaners
We are currently looking for male and female cleaning staff to keep our club spick and span for our members! We would require staff to work a range of hours including some late night shifts and weekends. There are full and part time positions available.
