Spa Therapist

NVQ level 3 enthusiastic therapist is required at our beautiful spa.

A Thames Spa therapist must have passion, dedication and enthusiasm to learn new skills and to always maintain the high quality and care of our clients have come to expect.

An ideal therapist must be self motivated and driven to work with a unique team. We use Pevonia skin products - a fabulous range of products. Jessica for nails and we use Fake Bake for Tanning.

Minimum of 1 years experience Keeping up with new treatments, working with NVQ level 3, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO

Applicants should be fully confident in facials, waxing, pedicure/manicure and massage

Head Therapist

Spa Manager

The Thames Club seeks to build and enhance careers. We are currently looking for a Spa Manager to run our beautiful Spa, which includes 5 treatment rooms, manicure & pedicure area and a spray tan room.

• You will require a minimum of 2 years previous experience in spa management or working as an assistant spa manager in a similar size establishment.
• With operational experience in treatments and scheduling.
• To be financially accountable for the spa
• IT skills including hands on knowledge of industry treatment booking systems.
• Recruitment, training & development; evaluations.
• Work 5 out of 7 days on a shift basis.
• Perform the role of duty manager on a rota basis.

Membership Sales Advisor

Do you have sales experience, a real passion for the leisure industry with an enthusiastic, creative personality?

We would like to recruit a Membership Sales Advisor on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave (minimum 8 months). You will be responsible for delivering a monthly sales plan with the objective of hitting sales numbers as well as creating sufficient new contacts in the local marketplace in order to achieve targeted sales / income. You would work closely with the sales and marketing manager. You would be required to cover key sales period inc. evenings & weekends. The basic salary is £16,000 with realistic on target earnings of £25,000 pro rata. If you have excellent sales experience, especially with the general public, have a great telephone manner, are tenacious, hard working, target driven and fun to be around we would like to meet you!

Chef

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Chef to manage a very successful operation at a leading health club providing a full food and beverage service offering as well as catering for meetings and events.

At this prestigious health club, you will ensure the food is fresh and of a high quality made with locally sourced ingredients. A quick turnaround and nutritionally balanced food is something our members require.

This position would suit a good quality Sous chef who has a proven track record and who is keen to bring their skills to this Health Club.

As Senior Chef you will:

• Have a proven track record in controlling costs and maintaining a profitable kitchen
• Be able to produce healthy menu's to support of members healthy lifestyle
• Possess the ability to work to a high standard within a busy kitchen operation
• Be a real team player and inspirational leader
• Enjoy creating mouth watering dishes utilising fresh local produce
