Greg Bell

Profile:

Greg is passionate about getting the best out of clients and himself! Having completed the New York marathon in November 2008, Greg knows from first hand experience about aiming for a tough goal and then achieving it. He knows the feeling of accomplishing something along with the adulation it gives you.

Having played rugby most of his life, culminating in representing his county, this has taught Greg a lot in terms of different ways of conditioning the body and sports specific training methods. Greg previously worked at London Irish RFU working closely with the physiotherapy team, in order to help players overcome injuries and regain full fitness. Greg believes that anyone is capable of anything, no matter how far away the goal maybe initially, with hard work and determination (along with a structured plan) anything is possible!

Always looking to increase his already wide knowledge base, Greg is currently enrolled on a TRX suspension training course – looking to implement this new exciting training technique with his clients.
