Profile:
In 2010 James decided to become more active and healthier by retraining as a Personal Trainer, leaving behind his original career in the IT world.
Over the past couple of years he has transformed his life from being a relative 'couch-potato' to become a committed runner and cyclist - losing 3 stone in weight in the process. James now regularly runs half-marathon distances and cycles in excess of 100 miles weekly.
His earlier career included a great deal of responsibility and exposed James to people from many walks of life and backgrounds, so that today he continues to fit comfortably into any environment.
Becoming a Personal Trainer has fufilled James' passion for a healthy active life with the opportunity to fire the enthusiasm of his clients to identify and achieve their own goals.
