Amanda Harvey:

Amanda has worked in the health and fitness industry for 6 years. Amanda has developed a passion for functional and corrective exercise and prides herself on Prenatal/Postpartum training. Having practised Thai Boxing for the last 4 years, Amanda is also known to utilise basic boxing techniques in her training sessions.
