The Windsor Suite

The Windsor Suite is a large, airy room, perfect for parties, receptions and conferences. With a capacity of 200 people, this large suite can accommodate a series of seating plans, from the traditional theatre style seating to the more contemporary U Shape seating. The Windsor Suite has high speed internet connectivity as well as a fully stocked bar for breaks.

The Thames Suite

The Thames Suite can cater up to 150 people and ideal for small events and gatherings. The Thames Suite is smaller than that of The Windsor Suite, but with just as much personality, perfect for product launches, sales events, small parties, meetings and training sessions. The Thames Suite comes equipped with a projector, high speed internet connectivity, an audio-visual system as well as a fully stocked bar.

The Swans Room

The Swans Room is a quiet and comfortable room, ideal for getting down to business with no interruptions or distractions. This room has high speed internet connectivity allowing you to conduct business quickly and effectively. The Swans Room can accommodate up to 25 guests and is perfect for training days and interview sessions.

The Board Room

The Board Room is the smallest of our rooms and can accommodate up to 20 people. This long and narrow room is light and airy and is the perfect size for executive meetings and interviews. The Board Room is equipped with a plasma screen, internet access, audio-visual equipment as well as a bar stocked with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

All of our guests are entitled to use our ample free private car park as well as the health and leisure facilities based here at The Thames Club.
