Profile:
Nick’s passion for health and fitness started when he was first able to use the gym at the age of 16. This was enhanced further when he was approached by someone in a gym and asked if he had ever considered competing in powerlifting competitions. This fuelled Nick’s interest in exercise and nutrition and he wanted to learn more. It was from here that Nick decided to pursue a career in personal training.
Nick believes that with a structured plan and positive thinking, you can achieve anything you want to...the sky is the limit! It is not just a job but a way of life for Nick and with his fun and positive outlook, training with him will ensure you have a structured and effective session and have a bit of fun along the way!
Always keen to try new technqiues and always looking to better himself, Nick is currently enrolled to become a qualified TRX suspension trainer, and has recently attended some nutritional seminars, ensuring that he can offer lifestyle advice as well.
