Profile:
Simons interest in sport and fitness started from an early age, representing surrey cricket and cross country teams as well as being a keen footballer. His greatest achievement came when he was awarded the coveted Green beret after passing out as a Royal Marines Commando, since then he has worked accross the world from the -40 degrees of the Norwegian fjords to the 40 degree heat of Brazilian jungle. Simon has experienced first hand people pushed to there physical limits in the most extreme environments and has gained great knowledge in how the body can adapt and overcome. Simon prides himself on being able to practise what you preach and gained the speed march half marathon world record in Cardiff in 2009 as well as competing in a number of triathlons.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If you quit however, it lasts forever. His favourite saying this is at the forefront on his PT style. Nothing is impossible and anything can be achieved as long as you have the right attitude and enjoy what you do. He takes a hard but fun approach to training and enjoys training all standards from total beginners to experienced athletes.
