Our superb exercise studio offers a full range of the latest exercise classes like Body Pump and Body Combat as well as all your old favourite aerobic conditioning classes. There are sessions available for all levels and all ages, so click on the links below to see the daily timetables and pick your free session!
Exercise sessions in the studio are essentially free to members, although some specialist classes carry a small premium. At The Thames Club you are assured of the very latest exercise programmes, taught by friendly and trained professionals in a superb, clean, air-conditioned environment.
Our studio program is reviewed quarterly to coincide with seasonal changes and to make sure it is kept fresh and motivating!
