I started my fitness journey 4 years ago for weight loss & confidence, which has now moved on to muscle gain and strength. I learnt so much about myself, my body and also my mind. Fitness is much more than just a workout to me and has truly changed my life.

 

By going through my own fitness plan, I know it can be tough at times but that’s why I will be right by your side – pushing you, motivating you and supporting you. I specialise in muscle gain & weight loss.
